Suspend 61.5 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water. Heat to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 5 minutes. Cool and use as required in membrane filtration technique. The medium should be used on the same day of its rehydration. |
