Directions 

Suspend 76.2 gms of (B868) in 1000ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense as desired and sterilize by steaming for 30 minutes on three consecutive days or by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes.
