Directions 

Suspend 17.29 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water. Heat gently to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense 10 ml. portions in 20 X 150 mm screw capped tubes. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes.
