Final pH (at 25°C) : 7.2 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 80 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Refrigerate the medium until use. Before inoculation add 1.5% filter sterilized Trypsin solution to a final concentration of 0.1%.
