Final pH (at 25°C) : 7.0 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 80 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water, preheated to a temperature of 50°C. Mix well and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense in test tubes filling them upto half of the tubes. Sterilize by autoclaving at 12 lbs pressure (118°C) for 15 minutes.
