Suspend 51 gm. in 1000ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 12-15 lbs pressure (118-121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 50°C and add sterile serum or blood aseptically if desired. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates. |
