Directions 

Suspend 36 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water. For double strength broth use 72 gms. in 1000 ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense in tubes and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes.
