Suspend 32.15 gms. of B703 in 1000ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 45°C & add 2 ml of rehydrated Chloramphenicol selective supplement for each 500 ml of B307. Mix thoroughly & pour into sterile petri plate. |
