Suspend 45gms. in 890ml distilled water when Campylobacter Supplement I (Blaser Wang) is to be used or in 940ml distilled water when Campylobacter Supplement II (Butzler) is to be used. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 45-50°C. Mix well before pouring into sterile petri plates. |
