Final pH (at 25°C) : 7.0 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 40.3 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water. Add 10 gms. of sodium lactate to the medium. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 20 minutes.
