Final pH (at 25°C) : 8.5 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 7.1 gms. in 100 ml. distilled water. Heat to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 10lbs pressure at (115°C) for 20 minutes. Cool to 50°C. Aseptically add 0.5 ml. of sterile 1% Potassium Tellurite Solution. Mix well and pour into the desired containers.
