Final pH (at 25°C) : 7.2 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 56.4 gms. of B570 in 1000ml. distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Continue heating for 5 more minutes. Dispense in 100ml amounts or as desired in flasks. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Overheating will lower the pH and tender the medium less productive. Cool to 50°C and add 1 ml of 1% sterile Triphenyl Tetrazolium Chloride Solution (BF044) per 100 ml sterile medium. Allow to cool to 45°C for making pour plates of B1078.
