Suspend 30.3 gms in 1000 ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense 5ml amounts in 16 X 150 mm test tubes and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. For large inocula of 5 ml or more quantities, prepare double strength medium. |
