Directions 

Suspend 48 gms. of B527 in 1000 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Distribute in tubes. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool the tubes rapidly in an upright position.
