Suspend 34.75 gms. of B524 in 1000 ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 25 °C and store in a cool dark place preferably below 25° C. |
