Directions 

Suspend 30.5 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water or if desired, suspend 91.5 gms. in 1000 ml. distilled water to prepare a triple strength medium. Dispense 50 ml. volumes into screw capped tubes Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 12 minutes.
