Final pH (at 25°C) : 6.8 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 94 gms. in 1000 ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense as desired. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 20 minutes.
