 6.0 + 0.2 

Directions 

Suspend 17 gms. of B473 in 1000 ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. If desired add 1% polysorbate 80 to B473. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes.
