Final pH (at 25°C) : 7.3 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 29.33 gms. in 1000 ml. distilled water. Mix thoroughly. Heat with frequent agitation and boil for one minute. Dispense as desired. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes.
