Suspend 45.43 gms. in 990ml. distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Cool to 45-50°C and aseptically add rehydrated content of 1 vial of Novobiocin supplement (BF083). Mix well before dispensing into sterile tubes. |
