Directions 

Suspend 21 gms. of B363 in 1000ml. distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. For preparing selective media acidify the medium upto pH 3.0 to 4.0 or add antibiotics. DO NOT HEAT the media after addition of acid or antibiotics.
