Final pH (at 25°C) : 4.8 + 0.2

Directions

Suspend 48.3 gms. of B359 in 1000ml. distilled water containing 2.35 gms. of glycerol. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes.
