Final pH (at 25°C) : 7.3 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 10 gms. of fluid Part B in 1000 ml. distilled water. Add 25 gms. of Part A (B365) or 31 gms. of Part A (B345). Mix well and boil to dissolve the medium completely. Cool to 45-50°C.Mix well before pouring into sterile petri plates.
