Directions 

Suspend 96 gms. in 1000 ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. If desired, add 5% v/v Egg yolk Emulsion to (B053). Mix well & dispense as desired.
