Final pH (at 25°C) : 7.1 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 15.64 gm. in 100ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 50°C and aseptically add 1ml of 1% 2,3,5 Triphenyl Tetrazolium Chloride. Mix well before dispensing.
