|
Suspend 40 gms in 1000 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 55°C and aseptically add 50 ml of laked blood and 10 ml of 3.5% Potassium Tellurite Solution(BF008). Mix well and pour into sterile plates. |
