Suspend 50.5 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 12 minutes. Cool to 50°C and add filter sterilized Moxalactum solution to a final concentration of 20 mg/L. Mix well before pouring into sterile petriplates. |
