Final pH (at 25C) : 7.3 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 50.5 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121C) for 12 minutes. Cool to 50C and add filter sterilized Moxalactum solution to a final concentration of 20 mg/L. Mix well before pouring into sterile petriplates.
