Suspend 21.3 gms. of B1133 in 1000ml. distilled water. Add one vial of Kanamycin sulphate selective supplement reconstituted as directed. Bring to boil. Dispense into final containers & Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. |
