Final pH (at 25°C) : 7.4 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 3.75 gms. in 50ml. distilled water. Allow the suspension to stand for 15 minutes. When all the meat particles are thoroughly wetted, sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes.
