Final pH (at 25C) : 7.4 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 57.7 gms. in 1000 ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Mix well & distribute into tubes. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121C) for 15 minutes. Cool the tubes to set as slopes with 1 inch butts.Best reactions are obtained on freshly prepared media.
