Final pH (at 25°C) : 7.0 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 51.52 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water. Heat gently to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 20 minutes. While dispensing, mix carefully to suspend calcium carbonate evenly. Pour into sterile petri plates to obtain 4 -5 mm thick gel.
