Final pH (at 25°C) : 6.7 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 38 gms. in 1000ml. distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense into tubes (5ml) and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 12 minutes.
