Directions

Suspend 33.5 gms in 1000 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense in tubes and sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. DO NOT OVERHEAT. Cool the tubes to cool in slanted position.
