Final pH (at 25°C) : 6.9 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 40 gms. of B1034 in 1000 ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool 45-50°C and aseptically add rehydrated contents of Legionella Supplement (BF026). Mix well before pouring into sterile tubes or petriplates.
