Final pH (at 25°C) : 7.0 + 0.2

Directions 

Suspend 30 gms. in 1000 ml distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense as desired and sterilize by autoclaving at 12 –15 lbs pressure (118 – 121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool and dry under 85% N2, 10% H2 and 5% CO2 atmosphere.
