Suspend 26 gms. of B063 in 1000ml. distilled water. If desired, add 0.5-1% agar to broth media. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. For blood media, aseptically and dispense as desired. |
