Directions 

Suspend 52.5 gms. in 950ml distilled water. Heat to boiling to dissolve the medium completely. Dispense in 95ml amounts and sterilize by autoclaving at 15lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to around 50-55°C and aseptically add 5ml of sterile anticoagulated human blood to every 95ml sterile basal medium. Mix well and pour into sterile petri plates.
