Suspend 29 gms. in 500ml. distilled water. Boil to dissolve the medium completely. Sterilize by autoclaving at 15 lbs pressure (121°C) for 15 minutes. Cool to 45°C and aseptically add reconstituted contents of 1 vial of Yersinia Selective supplement. Mix well before pouring into sterile petri plates. |
